By placing an order through GLOV BEAUTE, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These terms apply to customers in Canada, France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
Please note that in order to deliver your product as quickly as possible, we begin processing orders immediately after purchase. Once your order has been processed (immediately after purchase), it cannot be modified or canceled.
We strive to process all orders promptly and efficiently. However, if an order is canceled due to a payment dispute on platforms such as PayPal after it has already been processed, a cancellation fee will be charged to the customer. This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with the cancellation.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount and may vary depending on the order amount and the costs incurred by our business. The exact fee amount will be communicated to the customer during the cancellation process.
RETURN POLICY
All sale items are final sale and non-refundable. Due to their product category, electric shavers, microneedling kits, and epilators are also considered final sale. Any items that have been unboxed and used are not eligible for a refund. We do not accept returns if a product did not work for you—please refer to our FAQ or contact us with any questions.
Exception – Klarna Orders
In accordance with Klarna’s standard policy, customers who placed an order via Klarna are entitled to a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unopened and undamaged. This return policy applies exclusively to Klarna purchases and cannot be substituted with store credit.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@GLOVBEAUTE.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, you must first contact our customer support team.
The shipping time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, the wrong item, or the wrong size—within 30 days of receipt.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
